Nadège Vanhée-Cybulski brought experience at Maison Martin Margiela, Celine and The Row to her leadership of Hermès womenswear. Her background connects the discipline of luxury ready-to-wear with the house’s established craft traditions. In a 2024 interview reflecting on her first decade at Hermès, she discussed the formative experience of working at both The Row and Celine. Her women’s collections should be distinguished from the separate creative leadership of Hermès menswear and accessories.
